Why To Liberals Call Conservatives Trailer Trash Rednecks?

I have a beautiful home, whether it has wheels or not does not determine my character.

That door swings both ways my friend. Maybe the same reason so many conservatives tend to think all poor people are lazy? I’m poor, but come call me lazy to my face and you’re going to be in a fight real quick and unless you’re bigger and can really fight you might be picking your teeth off the ground… That’s no threat, but it’s reality..,nobody likes to be called nasty names or have their lifestyle put in question. But it’s so easy to do from a faceless computer isn’t it?.
The door swings both ways. Both sides do it just as harshly.
Next thing we’ll hear is that nobody who has ever voted republican has ever been on welfare or received food stamps. In fact many republicans have been on welfare and still are to this day.
Go figure, huh?

We have been called HORRIBLE names repeatedly every single day in here. I would rather be ‘trailer park trash’ than be called a ‘welfare ho’ a ‘lazy scum who won’t work’ a ‘piece of trash who is sponging off of the government’ all because I simply want to provide for the foster children in my care, the Veterans who come home from war disabled and mentally scarred, the 6 million elderly in this country who are below the poverty level.

If we’re going to discuss what the political parties are “supposed” to do, shouldn’t the Republicans be federalist, moral, and fiscally responsible?
Not everyone in the trailers votes Republican, just the really stupid ones that everyone calls trash.
But you’re right, it’s not very nice to call them that.

It is childish and it shows a lack of education too. I, in fact do live in a so called trailer and I am far from trashy. My Manufactured home is beautiful, just a few years old and is right next door to one of the most exclusive resorts in the Napa Valley. I’m a Conservative, but am far from trailer trash.
