Why does society view homosexuality and Gender ID Disorder as the same thing?

“My redneck Neighbors (I live in the south)” enough said sunshine. They are ignorant, arrogant, delusional and if not suffering some mild cases of some mental illnesses. But in reality it’s because most people don’t realize that like my friend who is a lumber jack and he’s gay. That people like him exist, though for the reasons above normally and Add religion but that can be summed up with “Ignorant, Arrogant, Delusional”.

Because rednecks are generally dumb.

it’s because people have some kind of problem with the idea of homosexuality. I don’t mean to state my opinion but I am all for homosexuality (I’m a straight female and feel that all people should have equal rights) Your neighbors are merely close minded people who have a strict prejudice.

Who knows? Some people group and stereotype things they think are similar because thinking is not their strong point.

It’s easier to generalise without knowing the realities of life.

I am bi and i dont think i am feminine at all… I could be wrong of course. But i would never chop of my dick, wear a dress, have long hair, and just throwing this in there, wear makeup.

That said, things are starting to change, people are slowly becoming more educated.

And the south isn’t as dumb as they let on. A lot is it is just an act, many of the worse homophobes are gay themselves.

The answer is very simple. That’s what they’ve been told homosexuality is. Probably by other “rednecks.”
