Not all Southern Rednecks are like that. Most of us are considered gentlemen. It was the way we were brought up. Even in my 50s i still use please and thank you, yes ma’am and no ma’am. Its a style and we believe in it. We are also taught to respect the opposite sex unless they prove otherwise. If you are with some southern loser who beats you then you really should leave him or seek a shelter
