it is cold outside
Beacuse there to lazy to take tham down!
I’ve never heard of it being bad luck. But people are just lazy.
because thier lazzy anough not to take them down… lol
They are just lazy idiots. I especially love the ones that still turn the lights on every night!
It’s a lot of work taking those down! And even more work putting them up! This way you get to enjoy them longer.
I’m guessing since they are too busy to take them down so they just leave them up.
Some people are lazy mfers.
Either they don’t want to bother to do it, or they don’t want to let the spirit of christmas go….or the kids don’t want it down just yet. Yeah, I heard about that too, the whole bad luck thing.
Cause they are LAZY
I never heard about the bad luck thing, but mine are still up. So Happy Holidays from a redneck.
Who cares? They are their Christmas decorations and it’s their place. As far as I’m concerned they can leave them up all year.
Next question please.
lazy ppl
Mosy everyone i know, takes their decorations down after the 1st of Jan. I think most of it is because their lazy, and don’t want to mess with the lights un til it maybe warms up.
some leave them up all year round stupid maybe or lazy, or they just dont care
I still have my tree up, but i am about to moving so i figured I would just wait until i go buy noce moving boxes before taking it down and boxing it up.
My excuse…my hubby left for 4 months right after Christmas, leaving me to take them down. I am 5 month preggers and I am not getting on a ladder when its 6 degrees outside and constant snow on the ground for the last month. That’s my excuse…I have no idea what my neighbors is…
Because they are still cheery to look at, lighten up and enjoy the beauty, its not costing you anything.
Laziness, sheer laziness. I don’t get it either
Actually many people do keep them up for the full 12 days of Christmas.
After that then: Lazy green toothed, wood chuck, gomers, with a higher priority for cheap cigarettes, cheap beer, cheaper weed and lottery tickets.
I am not a redneck and mine are still up. Only inside though. Not the tree either, just a couple of things I hadn’t had the timeto put up.
LAZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZYYYYYYYYYY!
Laziness i’d say!
because christmas actually ends on JAN 6. its the epiphany or sumthin like that.. they must be real christians otherwise there just lazy
They are either really slow from last year, or really fast for next year. Maybe they need help, why don’t you offer to help.
Perhaps they just like them up and why would it make them rednecks.
Trying to cheer the world up. Or just too d*** lazy.
Seriously, what kind of question is that. It is none of your business what other people do with their decorations. Maybe the are busy cause they actually have a life. Maybe they like the decorations and maybe they are lazy. Really who cares??!!
Maybe they like them up. Or maybe, they are waiting for a family member to come home to celebrate a late Christmas.
My son is in the navy, coming home next month.
Some people are in such a hurry to put up their decorations for the holidays, but are NOT as eager to take them down, either their lazy or want a step up on next christmas, so they can be the first in the neighborhood, to have them up.& going. (ha,ha)
no we are efficiency experts, why waste valuable time taking them down only to have to put them back up in 11 months !, and it helps keep the christmas spirit all year long, especially the mistle toe over all doorways, lol
Some may have not done it because it is bad weather. Others are just too lazy to do it. I know some that keep them up all year–but they don’t keep the lights on.
Guilty as charged!
However, in my own defense, I must state that the reason I leave them up for a little longer is….the nights in January are cold, dark and long, and I find that it brightens the night with twinkling, warm lights. A few little lights in the darkness is a very good thing.
some people just like the attention i guess
I think it’s because it’s very cold outside.
