Ok, just so you know, there is a distinction between Christians and Rednecks.

They’re proud they can pronounce a word with three syllables.

They don’t understand the doctrine of the Antichrist.

Because they hate him but they have no arguments to make against him based on any sort of intelligent information, so they resort to superstitious nonsense.

Because every world leader fits the description of the Antichrist.

I don’t think it is because of his race, which is half white, half black. I think it is because of his Muslim last name and those people are Anti-Muslim and anti any religion that is not their own.

Most Christians don’t think that Obama is the Anti-Christ

First, that’s an insult to rednecks and humanity in general.

That said, those who are calling Obama the antichrist are not all rednecks. They represent a significant number of Americans (not a majority) who are religious and lost the election to someone that does not share their values on issues like abortion and so on.

The claim is being made largely because they are still mimicking the ultra-conservatives who have built up a huge straw man to represent our President and that won’t go away, even in Obama turns out to be the very best president we’ve ever had.

In this case, the lack of education is about Bible doctrines. The Anti-Christ will not be either American or “Black” (African-American). In other words ignorant, intolerant, racist, brainwashed (brain-dead may be more appropriate) troglodytes who will hopefully inbreed to the point of extinction as a semi-humanoid subspecies. And yes, much of it is because of the color of his skin. They probably would have worshiped McCain because he’s a white conservative “war hero.” USA redneck Christians should have to score at least 100 on an IQ test before they are able to vote.
