What is the difference beween a REDNECK and a COWBOY?
For school we have dress up days a week out of the year and this week we have two days that i thought were basically the same.
Tomorrow is redneck day and wednesday is cowboy/cowgirl day
I want to dress up but i don’t think i know the difference.
What are some things i could wear for each day?
I would REALLY appreciate the help! thanks. =]

I doubt your school has “Redneck Day”.
Rednecks are stupid hicks and probably racist, while cowboys are western nomads, and strong but kind folk.
A redneck is usually someone who lives in the country.
Stereotypically wearing straw hats, overalls and farmer clothing I guess.
Cowboys ride horses(or mechanical bulls?), they wear cowboy hats, vests, etc. Stereotypically they’re tough and live in places like deserts and go to bars often.

To dress like a redneck, wear a flannel shirt, overalls, big floppy boots, and a straw hat or baseball cap.
A cowboy is one who works with horses, rides broncs or bulls, and/or works on a ranch.
A redneck is one who lives in the country, drinks beer, and drives a big 4×4 truck.
