WDYT of these nicknames?
Boys:
– August “Auggie” or “Gus” [I'm favoring Auggie]
– Henry “Hank”
– Matthew “Hugh”
– Ambrose “Beau”
– Gregory “Gray” or “Rory” [I'm favoring Gray after my grampa]
Yes I’m considering these names & nicknames, however, the former name would be likely used more than the nickname. Also, the nicknames aren’t set in stone, but they’re the only one’s I’d consider using at this point.
I have heard a lot of things about my (nick)names seeming too country or redneck. Don’t worry. I don’t care about that, considering I’m from the country & plan to live there forever.

– August “Auggie” or “Gus” – Love Gus, but Auggie is adorable also.
– Henry “Hank” – Adorable.
– Matthew “Hugh” – Not a fan.
– Ambrose “Beau” – So cute! I’d never think of Beau as a nickname for Ambrose. Does seem like a stretch though.
– Gregory “Gray” or “Rory” – Love both! Of the two, I prefer Rory.
I like Matthew ‘Hugh’, and Gregory ‘Gray’ but none of the others are my style. I like the fact that you don’t use predictable nicknames though
