As a college student and having lived in the deep south before I know White Rednecks can be racist but mainly it is verbal racism with a few words here and there. The educated Whites in my opinion, especially Europeans and Australian are so racist it astonishes me that someone could even be that racist. I have sat down and talked to a lot of White people at my university, a lot of them are racist but their racism is so deep rooted that it is scary.
Just sitting down and talking with these people scares me because their racism is so deep rooted and then they manage to believe made up statistics to back it up. They are educated racists and that is just disturbing.
Am I the only guy that has a tough time believing that White Rednecks are not half as racist as some Educated Whites are?

a patriotic view of the country, and a general attitude of self-reliance. Why are some people so passionate about speaking out against racists attitudes, but these SAME people have no problem using

This show makes me angry because they have to show a black man as irresponsible single father who doesnt take care of his kids. Just enforcing negative stereotypes which makes it even harder for us black folks to be successful. Portraying blacks that way makes it harder for guys like me to get a good job. I don’t know about getting the show off the air but shouldn’t someone at least complain?

All of my friends are always dirty ( they dont shower but once a week or so) and they wear flannel shirts even when its 90 outside, they are extremely racist, and they wonder why they cant get a girl. i am the exact opposite. I shower sometimes twice a day, and i love the beaches and dress like a modern 21 year old and i am not at all racist. Do they have a better chance than me cause they seem to think they do.

I have this racist friend.He’s 14 years old and lives in a hillbilly/redneck type community and he has always acted he didn’t like black people,he’s like obsessed with the rebel flag.
However,he has fallen in love with this half black and half white girl,she is indeed very pretty,but why would he fall in love with someone of a race that he doesn’t like?
Do you think this is extremely odd and uncommon?I was just wondering because I found his situation to be quite interesting.

Seriously, the South gets a bad rap all the time. I see people say, “Oh I could never live in the South with all those rednecks. North is way better.” Whatever. And how would you know? All you do is get your information from outdated textbooks and the media. Even some people who grew up in the south and ain’t ever left it think this way. SMH.
