The main character is trying to win back his ex-grilfriend stripper, and his
neighbor lives in a shack and has lots of cats. The main characters have a scheme to steal money out of the city’s parking meters, and attempt to steal change out of a machine at their local movie theatre (this film aired on Comedy Central)?
