I live in Alaksa and I feel it’s got to be the worst state on the map. 10 months of winter, rednecks who don’t bathe, the average IQ up here is about 50, plus all the dead cars everywhere. It’s just depressing. The only thing people do up here is drink and act like absolute moron’s. Is there a state “worse” than Alaska?

He plays Earl’s brother Randy in “My Name is Earl”. I think I saw him mowing his lawn in my neighborhood in North Massapequa, NY, but I wasn’t about to stop and ask him. Anybody know if he is from or lives in this area?
