Rednecks is a term frequently and relished by liberals. Conservatives aren’t prone to use the word redneck because they can appreciate the spirit many of these so-called rednecks possess, namely
a patriotic view of the country, and a general attitude of self-reliance. Why are some people so passionate about speaking out against racists attitudes, but these SAME people have no problem using
the disparaging term of redneck against their fellow Americans? Is it because redneck is not a race?
So what? What is so sacrilege about race?

I know, but there’s a lot of rednecks in Texas, and Texas is the most republican state in the US…and then there’s a lot of blue-collared people in the northern east coast states…and the majority of those states are democrats

isn’t that what liberals preach about all the time? things like “diversity” and “tolerance” …if so, why do i see so many of them calling conservatives childish names like: redneck, greedy corporate CEO, warmonger, and in the words of Obama, people “clinging to their guns and religion?” …do they realize that not all conservatives are like that, or is this just another example of liberal hypocrisy?
