I have lived in my residential neighborhood for 5 years now. As with all neighborhoods, people move in and people move out. Recently, some new neighbors moved in that are extremely noisy, but especially late (3am) at night. I’m assuming they go out and party because this seems to happen almost regularly now on certain nights of the week. When they get home, they hang out outside and before they crew of them leave, they unnecessarily rev up their loud Redneck Diesel Trucks as if its a way to be macho and cool. But actually they are just being immature drunks. What should I do? If it wakes me and wife up, it must be affecting others, and possibly young children in our neighborhood too.
