My best guess is Nascar. I live in the Cincinnati area and I went to a lot of Bengals games this year (including the first-round debacle against the Jets, unfortunately). One of the things that always makes me laugh is how some football fans seem to think that watching that sport makes them tough. I also love it when people say “we” when they talk about certain teams — as if they’re part of the clubs themselves. Boy, we live in a world of irrationality.

Hmmm, tough to say. Nascar is certainly big here in Texas, but football is like church. If you root for the wrong team it’s practically a mortal sin.

Hands down, Nascar. I tried to watch it one time with a friend of mine, he was going nuts watching them make left turns. I was sitting there hoping I didn’t catch stupid.
