Got an email from Ernie, from Ernies House of Whoopass. I’ve done it before so he’s asking again. No problemo with that. I can’t get back to his main site like I used to where he pimps for the flights home for the holidays, but anyway, for those of you that can, and I will, here’s the invite and the particulars…

Hey Bryan, how’s it going this year? Hard to believe the end of 2009 is already here… and it’s been a pretty rough year, eh?

Of course with the holiday season knocking on my door, this means I have to get my mooch on and go out soliciting donations for this year’s LBEH campaign. Despite the economy we’re off to an, eh, I guess a so-so-start — $13k after a week. Not quite as good as last year, but I suppose with the economy in the cellar, who can complain, right?

But alas, I wouldn’t be doing my due diligence if I didn’t track down everyone who helped out out before, and as I’m making my list and checking it twice… guess whose name came up! Ha!

So I just wanted to put this gentle reminder out there that yes, we’re doing LBEH again, and if you’re in a position to part with a few bucks, we sure can use it. This is the first year we set a limit on the number of international flights we can do, so I’ve actually been turning some people away…. ack! Plus We’ve got about $11k in domestic tickets lines up and awaiting funds. So if you can help, that would be terrific!
