My name is Earl question or something?
Ok so in the first season of my nm is erl there’s the carnival and the police officer is trying to throw the ball at the target to dunk osama in the pool… Osama put a little microphone thing to his throat and mouthed words and the microphone said it in a machine kind of voice….. What was he using and also where could I find one.. And how much would one cost??

that is only for people who can barely speak such as people with disabilities. It’s like deaf people to a hearing aid. You can only get one if you genuinely need it
I think you are referring to an electrolarynx.
They are normally used by people who have had their larynx (where your vocal chords would be) removed (due to cancer most often). The device produces the vibrations in place of the vocal chords to allow some kind of ‘normal’ speech.
They are NOT cheap though. I don’t know exactly but I’d imagine well over $500 since it is a medical device. Google it and try your luck.
