Is there gonna be a season 5 of “My name is Earl”?

The show was not renewed by NBC, and the actor, Jason Lee, is now starring in another show, called “Memphis Beat”, that airs on TNT.

NBC canceled the series on May 19, 2009. The series’ producer, 20th Television, approached the Fox, ABC, TBS and TNT networks to continue the series, but they were unable to come to terms without “seriously undermining the artistic integrity of the series.”
