How do Southerners view Northerners today?
I’m from Massachusetts, a very liberal state, and I was looking around at random questions and I couldn’t help but notice how many of them were anti-Democrat and anti-Liberal. I want to know how Southerners or Conservatives view Liberals today? I’m not trying to anger any of you, but I am looking for steryotypes, nicknames, etc. For example, we Northerners see Southerners as (again I’m not trying to offend, I’m just trying to clarify) rednecks, hicks, religious fanatics, etc. So again, how do you Southerners/Conservatives view Northerners/Liberals?

I feel like this question is a non-issue. Southerners could care less about Northerners.
From NC and really don’t think about it too much, except for the fact that my city is 79% northern transplants. So I guess I would view northerners the same as a house guest who had overstayed their welcome. If you wanted the truth. Ignorant is the other because they get here and wonder why we frown upon dating your cousins and quite a lot of us hate country music. BTW, Obama carried quite a few states here in the south. Not as conservative as you think. “Dirty south” line has some truth.
