Did Obama Basically Call Everyone In Penn Rednecks?
Obama’s statement about bitter voters clinging to their guns and religion, etc seems to sound like he just called everyone in Pennsylvania who isn’t supporting him a redneck. Does he really have such a low opinion of working class Americans?

He’s basically calling everyone in America who isn’t *urbanized* …rednecks. What a creep.
Yes, Obama is sounding like a first-class arrogant elitist now; he’s not even trying to hide it anymore.
I’d like to see him walk into a working class bar in America, right during happy hour, and start spewing garbage like that. I wouldn’t bother calling an ambulance…
Yes he did
Pathetic
Actually he seemed to say the entire midwest area!
He’s the same guy who doesn’t want or care if votes in MI and FL count… same guy who used his legal background to limit choices to just him by forcing opponents off the ballot in IL… as long as it gets him ahead does it look like he cares about working class Americans?
whats the problem,I am a redneck in rural PA,so what???
the republican put down is alive and well, and swiming in fear, better get to church quick, looks like you missed the sunday of love sermon.Walk in peace, be at peace, its all we got. Can’t we love in america again, George does ., he’s such a uniter of humanity. ha, must be his horse named love , that gets him through it all
YEP!
Yes. In a round- a-bout way he sure did.
If I lived in rural PA I’d be real insulted.
See, I always thought that religion and guns were two fundamental freedoms guaranteed by the first two amendments of the Bill of rights. I never realized that anyone who thought those rights were worth keeping was a bitter angry bigot. And imagine my surprise when I learned that I only want to enforce immigration laws and secure the border because I’m upset over losing my job. No, wait, I’m retired. The fluctuations in the economy don’t affect me. So that can’t be it. Maybe I just don’t have enough money to be as enlightened as Barack. I guess he figures that when he taxes the rich and gives us all free money we won’t be bitter anymore, so he can take away our guns and close down our churches and we won’t mind. If us poor dumb hicks had a few bucks in our pockets he could open the borders and pass any free trade law he wanted. Gee, Don’t you love how that guy respects the American people?
Oh come on. He just said people have given up on believeing the government is going to do anything to help their finances and that they vote over other issues like gun control or religion. I agree. The more tension you create in the middle east, the more uncertainty in the world you create the higher gas prices will rise and the stocks will fall. But other than that, can/will government help the economy?……besides, I don’t think he had much of the redneck vote.
I agree with Truth but she forgot to mention stocks have in the months preceding an election because of the uncertainty of what new economic policies will prevail
I think he called everyone in a small town from the midwest a backwoods redneck. I guess they are just more typical white people.
Well I live in rural PA—and yes–I agree basically with what he said—many of the folks here do cling to guns and religion—–
your question is invalid because he didn’t call everyone rednecks, just the ones in PA…lol
he should walk into a tavern in rural Penn and try saying those things
I will call the ambulance in advance!
He sure did. Disgusting elitist.
