you have to live in a ghetto or grew up in a ghetto inorder to be ghetto. no matter what ethnicity you are.so yes you can be a redneck and still live in the ghetto. but that doesnt mean that just becuase you are a redneck doesnt automaically make you ghetto. same goes for living in a trailer or trailer park. if you are black, white, mexican, what have you, and you live in an area that looks and fits the part of trailer trash, then you are considered trailer trash. so if your a redneck and ghetto then your just twice as low in your ethnic genre.
