This video is half joke, half serious. I LOVE West Virginia, and I am around there often. But it’s hard to avoid the inconsiderate pricks who deem it fit to use the land as a trash dump. And I don’t mean all “rednecks” so much as the idiots who clutter these places. So not every one should take offense to it.
