Anyone else think that My Name is Earl has gone of course lately?
I love this show and it’s not Shakespeare, I realize. However, I do feel that the show has veered from its core in the last several episodes. Like the two part episode about the crabshack owner. It had nothing to do with the list which seems to me to be the core of the show. Also, I did enjoy the stuff about Darnell and the Witness Protection Program – but wasn’t that too much of a stretch for him? Anyway, tell me what you think.

I agree with you. It’s a fun show, and I also enjoyed Darnell and Joy living in suburbia. That was a stretch for that Crabman but Joy in that situation was hysterical as always. “karma this, dummy”
I have missed some shows this season but even the ones I have seen are superior to the set of episodes last season when Earl was in jail. What happened to Catalina and Randy’s marriage? I remember when they had sex and she regretted that she had smeared stinky stuff all over herself because it turned out he was actually good. I need to catch up.
